I am the Executive Director at The Southwood Senior Living and have worked in the healthcare field for over 18 years. What I love most about working with residents is making a difference in someone’s day and being a voice for seniors who may not be able to advocate for themselves. My favorite part about The Southwood is our strong management team. They are supportive, dedicated, and truly care about every aspect of our community and the residents we serve. Their passion and teamwork help make The Southwood a special place to call home.

My name is Anya Nesbit. I am the Assistant Executive Director at The Southwood Assisted Living Facility. I am a licensed Assisted Living Administrator. I’ve worked in healthcare for 16 years, but I made a decision to go into assisted living about 4 years ago because of my grandparents. I was able to see the love and care that was needed for the assisted living community, and I wanted to be able to extend that love and care far beyond my family. I love being able to sit and listen to the residents because often, they may feel unheard. Majority of my time, I may spend in the office, but I enjoy getting on the floor and engaging with the residents every chance I get. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family. We enjoy cooking and watching movies together. Traveling is also something I enjoy doing with family and friends.

My name is Debra Craft, and I have been working with seniors for more than 20 years. Caring for residents and ensuring they receive the proper support, assistance, and compassion they deserve is my passion. My residents are my pride and joy, and I look forward to seeing their faces each day and making a positive difference in their lives. I am dedicated to providing quality care while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families. Outside of work, I enjoy gardening and spending time outdoors. A fun fact about me is that I was raised on a farm, which taught me the value of hard work, dedication, and caring for others.
